FoSTaC Training for Temple Staff
As part of the BHOG (Blissful Hygienic Offering to God) certification process, aFoSTaC (Food Safety Training and Certification) session was conducted at the Rajarajeshwari Temple by Dr. Shashikanth Kunigal, supported by Mr. Prakash and Dr. P. A. Shankar, trustees of the Innovative Food Foundation (InFoFo). The session covered essential hygiene practices, proper food handling protocols, and compliance with food safety laws, marking a key step in ensuring that prasadam offered to devotees meets the highest standards of safety and sanctity. This training lays the foundation for transforming the temple into a BHOG-certified space, where we serve devotion with both sanctity and safety.
